4 Bonuses, Promotions and Special Offers

4.1 General Bonus Terms

Failure to meet the wagering requirements within the stated period will result in the forfeiture of the bonus.

8 Inactive Accounts and Fees

A Paus123 account that shows no login, deposit, or betting activity for 12 consecutive months is classified as inactive. Paus123 reserves the right to impose an inactive account management fee of RM 10 per month on the account balance, after a written notice has been sent to the registered email address. Accounts whose positive balance is fully depleted by this fee will not be automatically closed — you can still reactivate your account by logging in or making a new deposit.

9 Account Closure and Suspension

9.1 paus123's Right to Suspend or Close Accounts

Paus123 reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account without prior notice if there is reasonable cause to believe that the member has:

• Breaching any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Providing false or misleading registration information;
• Registering multiple accounts;
• Engaged in fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activities;
• Abusing Paus123's bonus or promotions system;

9.2 Funds After Account Closure

If an account is closed for reasons other than fraud or serious violations, any valid remaining balance (excluding bonuses with unfulfilled wagering requirements) will be returned to the member via the original payment method within 30 business days. If an account is closed due to confirmed fraud, paus123 reserves the right to withhold all funds pending the outcome of an investigation.
